NOTICE: All services require intake form & consult before booking.

Appointment and Refund Policy

Blended Roots & Co is ran under the following policies regarding appointments & refunds.

Don’t worry, they’re pretty simple, I like to have fun here at the salon!

Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service. This will be an agreement you sign off on in your intake form.
If you are running behind, please have the courtesy to inform me of this. Be aware that if you are 15+ minutes late, you are subject to rescheduling based upon my schedule. If this is the case, you will be charged 50% of the service after your first violation. Reason being, I now have a time gap that isn’t long enough to complete your service to full satisfaction or within reasonable notice time to book another service.
There is absolutely NO refunds for services. You are charged for the product & labor. If you are dissatisfied with your service results please let me know within 3 days of your completed service and I’ll be happy to correct your hair.
An intake form must be submitted to me before booking. Once a booking has been submitted, it is subject to denial if I have not received an intake form. I require an intake form to get important information so I can direct myself on the services we can accomplish on your hair and give you a confident idea on the results of your hair.
