I will come to your event location with a wide range of tinsel colors and install unlimited tinsel in each individuals hair. Hair tinsel gives your hair sass, small sparkle to lots of sparkle based on your desire and a pop of color without coloring your real hair! It is waterproof and heat proof, so no worries about washing your hair or styling.
Book this awesome addition to your event for only $75 Flat Rate Fee & $10/ Individual. This blocks 2 hours for all your tinsel needs. If you need additional time, it’s $30/hour extra.
